REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES FOR ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO THE MASTER’S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS FOR THE FINAL SEMESTER OF 2020/2021 AT HASANUDDIN UNIVERSITY

STAGE 1: RE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES

• Participants read the announcement on the website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id and log in using their respective accounts
• Participants upload the Study Integrity Pledge (format available in the application menu)
• Participants print the SPP UKT/UKT Semester I invoice at https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id (login with the same username and password as before).
• The re-registration/payment deadline for SPP/UKT is from May 10 to June 4, 2021
• If re-registration/payment of tuition fees/UKT is not completed by the deadline, the participant will be deemed disqualified.
• For participants who used a Graduation Certificate (SKL) during registration, the tuition fee/UKT invoice can only be printed after the participant sends a scan of the original diploma to the Unhas PMB Committee (Confirmation via WhatsApp: 085343742764, 085343991587, and email: regpmb@unhas.ac.id)

 

STAGE 2: ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO HASANUDDIN UNIVERSITY MASTER’S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS FOR THE FIRST SEMESTER OF 2021/2022

• Participants who have already registered in Stage 1 are NOT allowed to register in Stage 2.
  The available programs of study can be viewed on the website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
• Before making the registration fee payment at Bank BTN, ensure that you meet the requirements as there will be no refund of the registration fee
  Registration Fee: IDR 750,000
• Payment of registration fees through Bank BTN nationwide from May 10, 2021, to June 24, 2021
  Online registration from May 10, 2021, to June 24, 2021, at 11:59 PM WITA on the website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
• Document Verification from May 17, 2021, to June 25, 2021
• Document Verification Results Check via Prospective Freshman Account
• Exam Card Printing from June 26 to June 28, 2021
• Network Connection Orientation on June 29, 2021
• Online Exam from June 30 to July 2, 2021

Requirements:

Prospective master’s program students must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited study program and from an accredited public or private university (Hasanuddin University Rector Regulation Number: 36621/UN4.1/PP.37/2017).
A Letter of Graduation (SKL) is permitted provided that a copy of the original degree certificate has been submitted to the Admissions Committee prior to re-registration.
The applicant must not have been declared withdrawn (DO) from Hasanuddin University at the same level of education.
For the Master’s Program in Nursing, a Nurse Registration Certificate (STR) is required.

Registration Procedure:

Pay the registration fee of IDR 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand rupiah) through Bank BTN’s non-billing system (code 0069) nationwide, available from May 10, 2021, to June 24, 2021.
User ID uses the mobile phone number as the ID number
The ID number (mobile phone number) serves as the username, and the Access Code/PIN serves as the password printed on the payment receipt from Bank BTN
Online registration on the website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id from May 10, 2021, to June 24, 2021, at 11:59 PM WITA
On the Login Form Page: Enter the ID Number (mobile phone number used when paying at Bank BTN) as the USERNAME and enter the Access Code printed on the BTN payment receipt as the PASSWORD.
If you encounter errors during the transaction at the bank, contact the Bank BTN helpdesk (Mr. Geo at 082245970100).
Participants who have paid but cannot log in with the access code from Bank BTN can send their payment proof to the email regpmb@unhas.ac.id with the subject “VERIFICATION OF ACCESS CODE Mobile Number 08xxxxxxxxx” (enter the mobile number used when making the payment at Bank BTN).

Carefully fill out the personal data and upload the documents
Upload a recent passport-sized photo (3×4 cm) with a red background;
Upload a draft thesis research proposal (maximum 10 pages, A4 size, 2.5 cm margins, Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.5 line spacing), consisting of an introduction, problem statement, research methods, and expected results;
A statement letter confirming that you are not enrolled as a student in any program and are not on academic probation at Hasanuddin University. Download the Statement Letter format

Exam cards will be printed after document verification by the New Student Admission Committee and confirmation of eligibility, from June 26 to 28, 2021;
Carefully read the information on the Exam Card regarding the day, date, time, and exam materials;
Participants who have paid the registration fee but have not registered online according to the schedule will be disqualified, and the registration fee will not be refunded.

EXAMINATION PROCEDURE

The exam will be conducted online with the following conditions:

Participants must prepare/print their exam cards before the exam begins
Participants must prepare a computer/laptop to complete the exam questions
Participants’ mobile phones must be connected to Zoom.
The participant’s phone camera must be directed toward the computer monitor and the participant.
Ensure a stable internet connection at each location.
Log in with your respective accounts on the website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id/.
Participants must be ready one hour before the exam begins.
The time used is Central Indonesian Time (WITA).
Participant attendance will be monitored via Zoom. (Audio and camera must be enabled throughout the exam)
Zoom ID and password will be provided before the exam begins
A network connection simulation will be conducted one day before the exam and must be attended by all participants.
